LEED Administration With 3QC

3QC provides “green” navigation assisting clients and project teams in defining sustainable standards for their design and construction projects for both new construction, improvement projects and existing building renovations. We also assist clients in the administration of the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification processes. Our services include registering projects with the USGBC and defining sustainable project requirements including green construction materials, assisting the design and construction team through the LEED or CHPS process, and managing construction phase green policies.

3QC has commissioned over 150 projects involving LEED or other sustainable benchmark criteria. We have assisted both public and private sector clients in applying criteria on new construction, commercial interiors, existing buildings, and core and shell on a variety of facility types, helping clients achieve their LEED goals.
