Internship Program
3QC provides students with real-life work experiences where they can gain insight into both an office environment and on-site project work — broadening their understanding of the AEC industry. It is always our goal to show students the “why” of what they are learning and to help them develop career awareness, career exploration, and career planning. We work alongside our interns to help them reach competencies that are not taught in the classroom and to help them walk away with healthy and positive work attitudes for entering the workforce. In fact, we often have ‘repeat interns’ year after year –- increasing their responsibilities in step with their college learning, as well as providing intern-to-hire opportunities upon graduation.
