The Barrett Middle School campus underwent a modernization of all existing classroom wings, a re-purposing of the administration building and current multi-purpose room to cafeteria space, with additional site renovations including reconfiguration of the existing parking lot. This project is a full site renovation to include the modernization of all existing classroom wings, re-purpose of the Administrative and Multi-Purpose Room, construction of new Science Classroom Building and Multi-purpose Room, reconfiguration of existing parking lot and construction of additional parking, demolition of existing portables, and site renovations.
3QC provided Title 24 and Building Enclosure Commissioning services for the Design-Bid-Build project at Barret Middle School. 3QC facilitated the process by providing commissioning services for the lighting, irrigation, and building enclosure systems of the building. 3QC tailored these services to meet the District’s needs.
