The Multi-Service Ambulatory Care Center (MACC) was the second phase of the renovation of the 38-acre Martin Luther King Jr. Medical Center Campus. The 138,000 SF, four-story MACC includes a pharmacy, walk-in clinic, outpatient imaging, outpatient surgery and various other outpatient clinics. The project involved demolition and subsequent tenant improvements at the 31,212 SF North Support Building to provide various support areas for administration, security, patient advocacy, social services, and a command center for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
