We specialize in vertical constructions that involve large and complex projects requiring a high level of management and technical expertise. We’re a team of design and construction technical experts who work together through collaboration to face challenges and meet our clients’ goals. Whether you’re looking for LEED sustainability administration, or new building, building enclosure, retro, or monitoring based commission, 3QC can help. Our Culture

Our offices are open and collaborative. You’ll find people laughing, working together, and enjoying the music we always have playing. On site, our crews work in open communication with our clients, ensuring fast response times and pro-active problem solving. We believe that safety should be a priority, and that we can put people first by putting safety first.

We also believe in culture-building through company-wide trainings and events. We host regular dinners and fun outings to build community and strengthen our team. We strive to build a culture that embraces diversity and welcomes individuals from a wide range of experiences and backgrounds.

Our History

3QC began in 2003 as Western Construction Services of California (or WCS CA), a 3rd party labor compliance organization designed to meet the then recent changes to the labor law in California. In 2005, we added the commissioning (Cx) business that would prove to be our future.

The state of California passed a change in laws in 2010 that transferred labor compliance monitoring to the State. Our services in the area were phased out, while our Cx business continued to grow. 2010 was certainly a year for change, and as our company shifted directions, we rebranded to become 3QC Inc.

We chose the company name 3QC because of our new business focus on added quality, thus we put a Q at the center of our name to signify that quality is at the center of all our services.
